Job Description
Roles and Responsibility- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a footwear company, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results.
