Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.

Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a footwear company, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results.
