Job Description
Urgent Hiring for Application support-Technical support:
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and
professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist users with system setup, installation, configuration, and onboarding.
Support the installation and deployment of software applications and hardware solutions.
Conduct platform demonstrations to guide customers on effective system usage.
Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to ensure quick resolution of
escalated cases.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt
support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Computer Science (CS), or a Degree in IT,
CS, EC, or Biomedical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting
concepts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and clear language to customers.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
1-4 year of experience in technical support or a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Telugu or Tamil is an added advantage.
Exposure to healthcare technology or medical devices is a plus.
Basic understanding of remote support tools and ticketing systems.
