Role Overview :
Were looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our fast-growing team. The role is best suited for candidates with proven experience in contact centers, particularly in handling chat support, who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer interactions through calls and chat..
- Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer queries.
- Resolve complaints, process requests, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly. Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback to improve processes.
Requirements :
- 2-4 years of overall contact center experience.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated chat support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong grammar, clarity, and tone required).
- Ability to multitask and manage high chat volumes efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-first thinking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
