Job Description
Roles and Responsibility- Manage payroll and HR operations efficiently.
- Handle employee relations, audits, and maintain statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with the Factory Act and labor laws.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Any graduate with a minimum of 6 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, generalist functions, and factory act compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other HR software.
- Age: Minimum 35 years.
