Job Description

Job Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production management.
- Experience in managing production operations for products such as capacitors, fans, or geysers is required.
- Possess strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
