Key Responsibilities

1 Develop HR strategies aligned with manufacturing and operational goals. 2 Partner with senior management to plan workforce needs across production, logistics, and sales. 3 Oversee recruitment of skilled labor, technical staff, and managerial talent. 4 Implement training programs for shop-floor workers, supervisors, and engineers. 5 Drive succession planning for critical roles in production and operations. 6 Build strong communication channels between management and workers. 7 Manage union relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. 8 Promote a safe, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture. 9 Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and occupational health & safety standards. 10 Develop HR policies aligned with industry-specific compliance requirements. 11 Design performance appraisal systems for factory and office staff. 12 Oversee compensation structures, incentives, and benefits. 13 Implement HR technology systems for attendance, payroll, and analytics. 14 Streamline HR processes for operational efficiency.
