JOB DETAILS
Managing Overseas (Export) customers independently from various countries

Generating new customers and handling existing customers

Developing and implementing ideas for the marketing and sales; maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

Appointment of new distributors in new geographies

Handling and maintaining the export register, preparing monthly MIS reports

Generating new business from data/leads available

Focus on new products for existing customers (cross-sell & deep-sell) also for new customers

To get a regular forecast from the customer & plan production accordingly, create an environment to promote teamwork with a clear vision of the company s goals and objectives

Assisting Export Head in day-to-day operations like preparation of quotations, releasing of sales order, working on salesforce, preparation of dossier approval forms, product specifications sheet, artwork request forms for promotional activities Plan, develop and implementation with PMT and artwork team

Keep track of promotional items planned for individual countries

Receiving and processing inquiries; keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussiong

Solving queries of the customers through emails regarding the shipments

Timely collection of the receivable from customers

Coordinating with Suppliers, Shipping Company, Freight Forwarders, Clearing Agents & Transporters for clearance of export shipments

Administer all existing clients and ensure an optimal level of marketing strategies and design required consumer promotions; maintain an optimal level of customer satisfaction and assist to identify new markets

Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes

Participating in Exhibitions PCIE & CPHI, creating a database and generating leads to convert them into potential customers
