Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate export documentation processes.
  • Prepare and review export documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders for smooth export operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions.
  • Provide support for resolving issues related to export documentation.
Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in export documentation.
  • Possess strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
