Role & responsibilities

To make Sales Queries and Sales Orders in SAP.
Assist the Sales Managers in the sales process by coordinating with different departments to help execute the order, such as.
working on enquiries,
sending quotation to clients,
keeping track of all enquiries, reverted to client / leads,
following up with purchase team for rates,
taking drawing from QC department & Drawing team for new development.
Keeping the client updated on the progress of the shipment.
Inter departmental co-ordination viz. purchase team, warehouse team, etc.
Should be well versed and have knowledge of MS Office - excel, word, outlook and power point.

Candidate requirements:

Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination in a similar size organization will be preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Should be a quick learner as candidate is expected to work with a wide product range.
Should be smart and able to coordinate with different clients and vendors.
Should be on their toes to get the job done and with no errors.
