Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Inter departmental coordination, drawing checking, quantity estimation, tendering, client handling.
- Report preparation, coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Monitor and control movement of supervisory staff.
- Execute the work as per specification and design.
- Assist in Preparation of BOQ; maintain safety measures on site.
- Ensure fulfillment of all quality measures as specified in the Quality Manual.
- Checking various bills of contractors. Monitoring progress as per target and inform the same to seniors.
- Day to day interaction with client and contractors
Experience Required:
* Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role,
* Require prior experience in NDT Testing in RCC and Steel,
* Require minimum 5+ years prior experience in Structural audit (Steel/RCC),
* Visual Inspection and Reporting.
* Should have worked on existing constructions
