Job Title: Shift Engineer (Facility Operations Engineering)

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of MEP systems in the hospital. Oversees shift activities, handles breakdowns, ensures preventive maintenance, and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MEP operations and maintenance during assigned shifts
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Monitor system performance (Chillers, AHU, RO, WTP, etc.)
- Ensure PPM compliance and maintain documentation for audits
- Supervise technicians and coordinate with vendors
- Maintain SAP-related activities (PR/PO, work orders)
- Support safety, quality standards, and accreditation requirements
- Drive energy efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Experience in maintenance planning and SAP
- Good problem-solving and team management skills
- Understanding of safety and quality standards
Preference for candidates with prior experience in hospital or healthcare facility engineering environments
