We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Magento Developer to join our development team. As a Junior Magento Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, customization, and maintenance of Magento-based e-commerce solutions for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring developer to gain hands-on experience with Magento and contribute to the success of our projects. You will work closely with senior developers and project stakeholders to learn and grow in a supportive environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in the development and customization of Magento-based e-commerce websites according to project requirements. 2. Collaborate with senior developers to implement and maintain Magento extensions, themes, and plugins. 3. Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to Magento platform performance, integrations, and functionality. 4. Perform testing of developed features to identify and resolve any bugs or issues. 5. Contribute to code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to development guidelines. 6. Stay updated with the latest Magento updates, new features, and best practices. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. 8. Support the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2. Basic understanding of web development principles and programming concepts. 3. Familiarity with Magento platform and its architecture is a plus. 4. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. 5. Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. 6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 8. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with senior developers. 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 10. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Preferrred Qualifications: 1. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. 2. Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce. 3. Knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. 4. Understanding of responsive web design principles. 5. Basic understanding of SEO concepts and best practices
