4. Position: Trainee Quality Assurance (QA) Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry) Department: QA Role Summary: Support quality systems and documentation activities while learning cGMP requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist in document Issuance, Archival & Retrieval Assist in Document Digitalization. Support in Routine QA Activities, i.e; Documentation, Data Collection and trend monitoring Good Communication Skills & MS-Office skills. Skills Required: Good attention to detail Basic understanding of GMP concepts Strong documentation skills Eligibility Criteria: Minimum CGPA: 6- 6.5

This is a structured developmental program designed to nurture future technical leaders through hands-on experience and industry exposure.


1. Position: Trainee Process Engineering Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry / Industrial / Process Chemistry) Department: Process Engineering Role Summary: Assist in process improvement and scale-up activities while gaining exposure to plant processes. Key Knowledge Areas: Heat Transfer and Mass Transfer calculations Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) & Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) Basics of Process Design and Process Optimisation Pipe sizing calculations Unit Operations, Mass & Energy Balance concepts Eligibility Criteria: Minimum CGPA: 6- 6.5


2. Position: Trainee Research & Development (R&D) Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry) Department: R&D Role Summary: Assist scientists in laboratory experiments related to process development and synthesis. Key Responsibilities: To perform trials as per Technology Transfer Document (TTD). To coordinate with QC, Production, and QA Regarding new product's TTD. To prepare the summary reports of trials. To send the request for raw martial & packing material as per R&D plan. To send the sample to QC for analysis after completion of trial. To maintain the housekeeping in the laboratory. To prepare and maintain documents as per GMP requirements. To plan and conduct process development batches as per technology transfer document whenever required. To ensure the operation of all equipment / instruments. To execute the need based activity as per the instruction given by superiors. To review the data of process development studies. To review the protocol/reports for analytical method validation. To ensure that the laboratory instruments/equipment are appropriately operated. Skills Required: Knowledge of organic synthesis fundamentals Basic lab handling skills Good observation and documentation ability Eligibility Criteria: Minimum CGPA: 6- 6.5

3. Position: Trainee Process Development (PD) Lab Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic / Industrial Chemistry) Department: PD Lab Role Summary: Support lab-scale trials and process optimization studies before plant scale-up. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting lab experiments and trials Support monitoring of reaction parameters Maintain experimental records and reports Help in sample analysis and coordination with QC/ADL Follow laboratory safety guidelines Skills Required: Basic knowledge of reaction chemistry Attention to detail Good lab discipline Eligibility Criteria: Minimum CGPA: 6- 6.5


5. Position: Trainee Analytical Development Lab(ADL) / Quality Control (QC) Qualification: M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry) Department: QC Role Summary: Perform routine sample analysis while learning analytical techniques and GMP documentation. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control (Chemical Analysis): Understanding of Analytical Chemistry Fundamentals Assist in routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, KF under supervision Prepare reagents, solutions, and standards Record analytical data in logbooks and worksheets as per GMP Follow laboratory safety and GLP practices Skills Required: Basic knowledge of analytical instruments Good data recording practices Willingness to work in lab environment Eligibility Criteria: Minimum CGPA: 6- 6.5


Eligibility Criteria: Minimum CGPA: 6- 6.5 Compensation & Service Terms Stipend / CTC during GET Training (First Year): 2.8 LPA Post-Confirmation CTC (Based on Performance): 3.5 LPA Program Structure: Selected candidates will work as a Trainee for 1 year. After 1 year, based on performance, candidates will be confirmed as full-time employees. Post confirmation, candidates will be required to sign a 2-year bond with the organization.
