About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Key Account Manager with strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing, B2B Sales, and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving new business, and ensuring successful delivery of staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

* Manage and grow existing key accounts in IT staffing

* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

* Act as a single point of contact for client requirements and escalations

Business Development & Sales

* Drive B2B sales by acquiring new clients in the domestic market

* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and market research

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

* Achieve revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth

Requirement Handling & Delivery

* Understand client hiring needs and share relevant requirements with recruitment teams

* Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and client satisfaction

Market Intelligence

* Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring patterns

* Identify new business opportunities and potential markets

Key Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing & Recruitment

* Proven experience in B2B Sales and Lead Generation

* Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring lifecycle

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment

* Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities

* IT industry experience is mandatory

Preferred Skills

* Experience in handling enterprise or mid-sized clients

* Good exposure to end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

* Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
