Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted campaigns that meet client needs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in inside sales or business development in the IT services industry.
- Strong convincing power over phone calls/email communications.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective written and verbal communication.
