Job Description

Purpose of the role

  1. To generate revenue for the organization
  2. Reaching out to customers to demonstrate our product and services.
  3. Creating easy and customer friendly environment.
  4. Contributing organization in reaching its goals and business activities.

Key Responsibilities


Sales Target:

  1. Achieving Individual Sales Target.
  2. Converting the visits into bookings.
  3. Align with site team and work towards achieving site sales targets.
  4. Achieving sales target on regular basis.

Promotional Activities & Market Survey:

  1. Represent company in Exhibitions and Events.

2. Visiting projects and collecting information of all projects( Costing, Brochure etc)

  1. Making survey report.

Role towards Channel Partners:

1. Building relations with channel partners

2. Attending their customers and coordinating with them

3. Participating with Manager for presentation of respective project at CP Office.


Role towards Management:

1. Participating in weekly meetings.

2. Sharing inputs in meeting which will help boost sales.


Role towards CRM:

1. Coordinating with CRM team for Agreement process.

2. Sending Booking forms and cheque to CRM.


Role towards Banking:

1. Being updated regarding new banking offers and financial schemes.

2. Acting as a mediator between banker and Customer to achieve smooth transition till the agreement.


Role towards Engineering:.

1. Coordinating with Engineering Site team regarding checking of flats with help of quality team for possession of flats

2. Getting update of ongoing construction site activities.


Role towards Customers:.

1. Maintaining long term relationship with customers to generate referrals.

2. Handling customer complaints/queries.

3. Attending Customers at site and providing detailed information.

4. Demonstrating our products and services to the customers.

5. Providing brief presentation of our Project.

6. Showing them Mock up Flat and giving project tour.

7. Explaining mock up and Specification.

8. Explaining payment schedule and banking option to the customer as per his requirement.

9. Gathering feedback and share with site managers.

  1. Achieving sales targets
  2. Identifying market trend
  3. Coordination with Co workers
  4. Building customer relationship and getting references.
