Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets in the building material industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, expand product offerings, and improve customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, resolve issues, and drive growth initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in field sales or regional sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective leadership and strategy execution.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics, including competition analysis and customer behavior insights.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
