Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets in the building material industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, expand product offerings, and improve customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, resolve issues, and drive growth initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-20 years of experience in field sales or regional sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective leadership and strategy execution.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics, including competition analysis and customer behavior insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
