Role Overview
As the Head of Content & Creative Production, you will act as the Executive Producer of the brands digital presence. You will lead a multidisciplinary creative team to produce world-class content that blends cinematic live-action video, hyper-realistic 3D animation, and compelling storytelling.
Your goal is to ensure that the brand maintains a premium, modern, and consistent aesthetic across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multimedia Strategy
- Develop and execute a unified creative strategy across all platforms.
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across 3D renders, lifestyle videos, website assets, and written content.
- Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across every touchpoint.
2. Video & Motion Direction
- Direct the Videographer/Editor on framing, pacing, storytelling, and overall narrative style.
- Oversee integration of live-action footage with 3D assets for high-impact product storytelling.
- Ensure all video content reflects premium production quality.
3. Creative Workflow Management
- Build a modular content production system to maximize output from every product shoot.
- Repurpose content efficiently for YouTube, website, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and creative production schedules.
4. Editorial & Scripting
- Guide Content Writers in creating engaging scripts and SEO-driven copy.
- Ensure content communicates not just product features, but the lifestyle and value proposition.
- Maintain clarity, persuasion, and brand alignment in all written communication.
5. Brand Guardian
- Ensure every graphic, video frame, animation, and caption meets premium and minimalist brand standards.
- Approve final creative assets before publishing.
- Maintain strict quality control across all outputs.
6. Performance Tracking
- Analyze content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, reach).
- Identify high-performing creative formats.
- Adjust strategy and team focus based on data insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experienceleading creative and production teams.
- Strong understanding of video production, motion graphics, and 3D workflows.
- Excellent storytelling and brand-building skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
