Role Overview :
Enlink Managed Services is looking for result-driven Key Account Managers who can drive
B2B sales growth by managing key accounts and generating new business opportunities.
This role requires strong capabilities in lead generation, account mapping, client
relationship management, and revenue closure.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow existing client accounts with clear revenue ownership
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Perform account mapping and identify key decision-makers
Build relationships with HR, L&D Heads, and business stakeholders
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
Handle commercial negotiations and close deals independently
Maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear visibility
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Ensure client retention and repeat business
Key Requirements :
45 years of experience in B2B sales (training / staffing preferred)
Proven track record in lead generation and revenue closure
Strong network with corporate clients and decision-makers
Ability to manage end-to-end sales independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
