Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Service Representative. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone call
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and service requests
- Maintain customer records in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Freshers are welcome
- 03 years of experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge
Work Details
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Weekly Offs (Rotational)
- Full-time position
