Call warm leads (no cold calling) Sell insurance policies confidently Achieve and exceed sales targets Build strong customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months outbound sales experience (mandatory) No collection / customer service background Graduation is compulsory Good communication & convincing skills
Salary & Benefits
Up to 27,000 (In-hand) CTC: 3.7 LPA Incentives + growth opportunities
Age- min 20 to max 32
Shift Details
9:30 AM 7:00 PM (Rotational) 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Offs
