Designation: Payment Collection Executive

Preferred Female candidates (Age 25-35 years )

Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate

Experience: -2 \3 years' experience

CTC - 4 LAC (Negotiable) Depends on skillsets, experience, interview performance.

Office Working Hrs.
Mon. to Sat. (2nd Saturday holiday)
Time - 10 TO 6.30 PM

- Basic knowledge of accounts
-Ability to meet collection targets.
-Problem solving ability

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and resolve customer queries related to payments, bills, and account issues.
Set up reminders for follow-ups on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records of communication with customers.
Manage payment collection from customers over phone calls, emails, and other channels.
Meet daily/weekly targets for payment collection and provide regular updates to management.
Visit client (if required) for collection and documentation.
If we file recovery case on customer visit court with advocate to represent case in court.
Check the customer's TDS value.
Follow up for PI advance payment.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding payment status.
Update payment details in the ERP software.
-Ensure adherence to company policy.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in payment collection, customer support, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of payment follow-up processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
