Job Description

Job Title: Junior Health Coach (Clinical Nutritionist)

Department: Metago

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

The Role: This is not a standard dietician role. We are looking for a Clinical Nutritionist with specialized experience in medical weight loss, specifically GLP-1 therapy. You will work closely with doctors to guide members through a pharmacological weight loss journey, ensuring safe, effective, and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

GLP-1 Nutrition Management

Provide customized dietary guidelines for patients on GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)
Focus on protein intake, appetite regulation, and side-effect management (nausea, satiety cues) Lifestyle & Behaviour Coaching
Conduct weekly virtual coaching sessions
Support behavior change related to diet, sleep, stress, and lifestyle

Monitoring & Reporting

Track patient progress using weight data and diagnostics

Identify red flags and escalate concerns to the medical team Content & Program Support

Assist in creating nutrition guides, FAQs, and educational content for members

Who You Are (Must-Have Skills)

Certified Professional: Degree or certification in Clinical Nutrition / Dietetics

Strong Understanding: Some knowledge of nutritional needs and side effects associated with GLP-1 treatments

Empathetic Communicator: Ability to build strong, long-term (6 month+) relationships with high-profile clients.
