BIM Engineer responsible for completing projects within specified timelines. Proficient in troubleshooting, following instructions, and delivering optimal results. A person with good communication skills who can assist the Team Lead and guide the Trainees. He/She should be a good team player too with knowledge in Revit modeling. Responsibilities: Developing BIM models for architectural and structural services from design drawings and coordinating between all services. Preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing and 2D Rebar detailing Preparation of construction/shop drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements as per superior s advice. Preparation of As built BIM after getting site survey drawings or point clouds / mark ups with as built comments. Work in a team of modelers and detailers for architectural and structural BIM projects. Run clash detection and prepare clash reports. Assisting Team Lead in various tasks. Expert in creating BIM models for architectural and structural services, ensuring coordination between all services. Proficient in preparing detailed BIM models, Family Creation and conducting quality checks. Attend weekly coordination meetings with professionals from other organizations. Provide technical guidance to junior modelers, act as a mentor in internal project kick-off meetings, and offer support during planning stages. Review and augment construction/shop drawings and schedules in line with client requirements. Conduct walkthroughs of models using Navisworks for project stakeholders. Review shop drawings of reinforced concrete, structural steel, miscellaneous metal, and masonry. Collaborate with a team of modelers and detailers for architectural and structural BIM projects. Capture new growth opportunities with confidence and assist in clash detection. As a team player in various BIM projects Coordinating a team when need arises Good communication and coordination with other team members Working under pressure maintaining a balance Ready to work in all shifts. Qualification, Experience, and Skills Required: Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Modeling.
