Responsible for Projects execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost. Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques. Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings. Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required. Checking of Reinforcement, Shuttering, Column centering markings and Quality of concrete. Knowledge of layouts and ability to make BBS. Coordinate with Foremens and Supervisors to ensure that the raw materials are utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms are maintained in the work. Preferred candidate profile :- Candidate having experience of 4 to 8 years in building construction, infrastructure projects, and had worked in real estate industry will be preferred. Candidate worked with any Project Management consultant firm and have sound technical knowledge and excellent managerial skills as well will be considered only. Candidate should be from south India or Ready to relocate in Bengaluru. Must have BE/B. tech degree in civil Must have experience in High Rise Commercial/Residential projects.
