Location: Powai, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 15 years
Education: B.E / B.Tech (Civil or related field preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Manager to join our team in Powai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or infrastructure billing, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing billing operations, project invoicing, and client coordination.

Candidates with prior experience handling billing for government projects will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end billing processes for multiple projects
  
• Prepare and review bills in accordance with contract terms and project progress
  
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely billing
  
• Manage documentation and compliance related to client billing, particularly for government contracts
  
• Ensure adherence to applicable tax laws, regulatory standards, and company policies
  
• Liaise with finance and audit teams for timely clearances and reconciliations
  
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and support documentation
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field
  
• Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in billing/project accounting
  
• Strong understanding of billing cycles, tax implications, and contract terms
  
• Prior experience with government infrastructure projects is highly desirable
  
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, billing software, and ERP systems (preferred)
