Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers / interns who are passionate about the Food & Beverage industry. The intern will receive hands-on exposure in restaurant operations, customer service, food handling, and backend coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day restaurant / caf operations
- Support service staff in customer handling and order management
- Learn and follow basic food safety & hygiene standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
- Assist in billing, inventory tracking, and stock checks
- Ensure cleanliness of service areas
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Support promotions, events, and peak-hour operationsRole & responsibilities
