Roles & Responsibilities
1. Monthly Financial MIS preparation of Divisions & Enabling functions
2. MIS Consolidation for various divisions to form total BU level reports
3. Preparation & presentation of MIS Reports comprising;
- Division wise Profitability statements
- Performance against Budget, Previous years etc.
- Variance analysis Reports (Sales/Expenses etc.)
- Productivity reports.
4. Business partnering with various analytics on,
- Brands, SKU level
- Zone wise/ Territory wise performance
- Key Highlights/ Lows / Misses.
5. Monthly Forecasting exercise - Sales, Expenses, Cash flow for the Month/Qtr & year
6. Preparation & Compilation of Annual Budget Division wise Sales, Expenses, GC and Profitability etc.
7. LRP (Long range planning) of Divisions. Working along-with Divisions for preparation of their LRP financials.
8. New Product launch feasibility analysis
9. Working Capital Management
10.Preparation for Review Meetings
11. Design/Execute Control tools for Sales promotion & other expenses
12. Budget controlling & management in SAP
13. Resolving day to day budget issues & its modification
Qualifications & other requirement:
1. Qualifications: CMA/ CA
2. Experience: 7 8 years of experience
3. Experience in Business finance role / MIS – (Specifically India Business)
4. Well versed with Excel fx’s, Multiple excel file workings/linkages & PPT
5. Working knowledge of SAP (preferred, but not mandatory)
6. Manufacturing Industry (Preferable - Pharmaceutical industry)
