Java Developer (Production Support) Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Architecture Diagram
- Software Code & Release Deployment (Software Release Notes)
- Unit Test Cases
- Integration Testing
- Timely Deliveries
- Production Support & Bug Fixes - Mock Support and Testing on

Saturday
- (Environment Support DEV, CDS, PROD, DR)
- Monitor the stability of applications and provide support for BOD/EOD

processes.
- Handle incident response, troubleshooting and fix for various

applications.
- Handle escalations as per policies/procedures.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency to resolve issues.
- Ensure SLA's and Operational standards are met.
- Liaison with development teams for RCA's, permanent resolutions on

issues affecting production sites.
- Contribute to Operations handbook.
- Providing Support in case of issues during BOD/EOD processes.
- Interacting with Business Technology and Development/QA team and

solving their issues.
- Providing reports/outputs to business as per their requirement.
- Code-movement/promotion among various environments for the

applications.

Requirement Specification:

- Between 3 - 8 years of experience.
- Automation Edge Tool
- Python , React JS , Java Spring Boot
- Linux: Good understanding of Linux.
- Scripting: Bash/Perl would be added advantage
- Application Protocols: SMTP, FTP
- Applications: Oracle SQL Query writing would be added advantage.

Soft skills:

- Ability to work as team member/ good team player
- Fluent in English.
- Good Interpersonal communication skills.
- Performance oriented and continuing to deliver within stressful

situations.
