Requirements

Maximum Age: For Assistant Manager 37 years as on 01.01.2026,

For Deputy Manager 40 years as on 01.01.2026

Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 20000 40000/- (For Assistant Manager) / Rs. 25000 – 45000/- (For Deputy Manager)

Gross Salary : Rs.41760/- (for Assistant Manager) / Rs.52200/- (for Deputy Manager) (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the range.

Annual CTC : Rs.5.99 Lakhs (for Assistant Manager) / Rs.7.42 Lakhs (for Deputy Manager) (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the range.

Qualification:

Essential: MBA / MHM / MHA / M.Sc. (MLT) / PGDMLT / B.Sc. (MLT)

Experience

Essential: For Assistant Manager, Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Business Development functions in the healthcare sector, preferably in reputed diagnostic laboratories / imaging centres.

For Deputy Manager, Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Business Development functions in the healthcare sector, preferably in reputed diagnostic laboratories / imaging centres.
