Position Summary:
  • Building & strengthening customer relationships
  • Listen, empathize and help customers achieve their goals
  • Manage incoming chats, emails, calls, SMS, and various other channels, and handle appropriate follow-up
  • Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of the companys business model in order to answer all customer-related inquiries
