Job Description
Role - Customer Sales Executive | On Roll Opportunity
Process - 100% Voice | Outbound Calling
Company - ICICI LOMBARD
Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Opp. Vashi Railway Station)
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Call existing customers who have visited our websites (Warm leads)
- Understand customer requirements and explain insurance products
- Sell insurance policies and close sales effectively
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Good communication in English
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales + Freshers with good communication
- Good with convincing skills
- Should be okay with salary
Salary package:
- Fresher : Rs. 16,000 in hand | CTC - Rs. 2.50 LPA
- Experienced: Up to Rs. 27,000 in hand | CTC - Rs. 3.7 LPA
- Salary depends on years of experience and last drawn CTC
