Job Description
We are hiring Email Support Executives for an international Travel & Airline customer support process. The role involves handling customer queries and providing resolutions only via email while maintaining quality and SLA standards.
Mode: 100% Email Support (Non-Voice)
Contract: 6 Months (Renewable based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to travel/airline services through email support
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions as per process guidelines
- Maintain quality scores and productivity metrics
- Ensure proper documentation and case handling
Shifts & Working Days
- Fixed Shifts: - 7:00 AM 4:00 PM | 4:00 PM 1:00 AM
- Working Days: 5 Days a week | Weekly Off: Fixed Sat-Sun.
Salary for - IATA Fresher - 18k | Experience - 23k & Travel Allowance: 1,750 + 1,750 (Both Ways)
