Job Description

The Program Manager provides leadership and strategic oversight for large scale Data Centre programmes under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework. The role is responsible for governance, integrated planning, and alignment across multiple projects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

• Provide overall leadership and governance for the Data Centre programme.
• Oversee integrated master planning and programme controls, including Primavera P6.
• Manage interfaces, dependencies, risks, and key programme milestones.
• Support executive decision making, issue resolution, and change management.
• Provide high level programme reporting to Client and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure programme objectives for cost, schedule, quality, safety, and risk are achieved.

• Minimum 15 years experience in large scale construction or infrastructure programmes.
• Proven leadership experience in PMC, EPCM, or client side roles.
• Strong expertise in programme management, governance, and integrated planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experienced in Data Centre PMC is preferred.
• Experience delivering data centre programmes for blue chip clients.
• Multi project or programme level leadership exposure.
