Designation: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Process: 100% Voice | Inbound Calling
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation Mandatory Excellent communication skills Good Thought Process
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries & concerns over calls
Provide accurate information and resolution
Ensure excellent customer experience
Salary Package:
Fresher: 16,000 (In-hand) | CTC: 2.50 LPA
Experienced: Up to 30,000 (In-hand) | CTC: 4.1 LPA
Salary depends on years of experience & last drawn CTC
Shift Timings (9.5 hrs. shift rotational):
Male Candidates:
Between 7:00 AM 12:30 AM (Night Shifts 24x7)
Female Candidates:
Between 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Any 9.30 hrs. shift) Rotational
Week Offs:
5 Days Working
2 Days Rotational Week Offs
