Job Description

Job Title: FLS


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
    • Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and attending promotional events.
    • Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients and engage in regular follow-ups to build a relationship.
  2. Client Engagement and Site Visits:
    • Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers to showcase the property and its amenities.
    • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about the project, floor plans, pricing, and payment options.
  3. Sales Pitch and Closing Deals:
    • Present and promote Casagrands real estate projects to potential buyers in a convincing manner.
    • Answer client queries and address concerns to facilitate decision-making.
    • Work on converting prospects into confirmed sales by explaining benefits, resolving objections, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.
  4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Gather insights on competitors projects, pricing, and sales strategies.
    • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations to better inform clients.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.
    • Ensure timely communication and keep clients updated on project milestones or changes.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Assist clients with the necessary documentation, including booking forms, agreements, and payment receipts.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, lead status, and sales conversions.
  7. Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
    • Strategize with the sales team to improve sales performance and meet targets.
  8. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Coordinate with the marketing, legal, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
    • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client feedback for product and service improvements.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and establish trust.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel to various project sites and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (Excel, Word) is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly sales target achievement
  • Number of new client acquisitions
  • Conversion rate from leads to confirmed bookings
  • Customer satisfaction scores and feedback
  • Timeliness of reporting and documentation completion
