Job Description

Numerical Analytics works with many educational institutions and corporate organisations to implement Education Technology, Business and Analytical Solutions that enhance and automate the business processes and requirements.
Role & responsibilities as mentioned below:-
Software Demonstrations
Deliver software demonstrations to address client-specific needs.
Highlight unique software features to engage clients and drive interest.
Post-Sales Technical Support
Provide technical support post-sales to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Maintain a seamless user experience and address customer concerns effectively.
Training & Development
Conduct in-depth training sessions on software for End User teams.
Ensure employees are proficient in internal tools like Canva, Ultra viewer, Mailchimp, and Zoom.
Customer Retention & Onboarding
Implement effective onboarding processes for customers to ensure a smooth transition. Continuously improve customer retention strategies with ongoing technical support.
Collaboration with Sales Teams
Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine training programs and improve user satisfaction. Incorporate customer insights into improving software functionalities and support systems.
Webinars & Virtual Events
Organize and conduct webinars and virtual events to highlight software features. Drive customer engagement and brand loyalty through these platforms. Knowledge of Data Analytics is required.
Preferred candidate profile
Coordinate with Resource Person for Webinar.
Coordinate with Digital person for promotion and Graphic of Webinar, brochures, any event.
Coordinate with Operation team for smooth management of all data sheet. Manage customer license delivery and activation of License. Manage all Resource person portfolio and add more resource person for Training. Sometime need to travel to customer place for technical support and Demo part. Technically sound in STATS, R, Python Education preference- M.Sc. In Economics or M.Sc. in Stats
Knowledge of Software like- SPSS, STATA, EVIEWS is an added advantage
Note:- Immediate joiners preferred.
