Job Title: Front Office Admin Executive
Location: GIBS Business School, Bengaluru (Begur Bannerghatta Road)
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month

Role Overview
The Front Office Admin Executive will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling day-to-day administrative activities, and supporting campus walk-in admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver a smooth and positive experience to students, parents, and visitors on campus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office Administration
  • Manage front desk operations professionally.
  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents.
  • Attend and manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
  • Maintain administrative records, registers, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil administrative requirements.
2. Admissions - Walk-ins
  • Manage admission walk-ins on campus.
  • Explain program details, fee structure, placements, and admission procedure.
  • Support students and parents throughout the admission process.
  • Assist in form filling, documentation, and onboarding after enrolment.
3. Campus Tour Inquiry Handling
  • Conduct campus tours for walk-in visitors.
  • Provide complete information about college facilities, academics, and student life.
  • Ensure a professional and impactful visitor experience.
4. Reporting Coordination
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports related to front office and walk-in admissions.
  • Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and admin teams.
  • Support events, counselling sessions, and admission activities when required.
Qualifications Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
  • 0-3 years of experience in front office, administration, or admissions
  • (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Professional behaviour, positive attitude, and pleasant personality at the front desk.
