Role & responsibilities :

Demonstrate strong situational understanding to interpret customer concerns quickly and provide strategic, well-aligned solutions that support customer retention.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication, ownership, and effective issue resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and technology teams to escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or high-impact issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions, trends, and insights.
Create and standardize SOPs across organizational verticals using documented insights.
Proactively identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance products, services, customer experience, and long-term retention.
