Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management of Govt. clients and providing on time project execution report.
- Responsible for managing clients and providing necessary justification.
- Acting as a bridge between organization and Govt clients.
- Responsible for managing clients database, maintaining proper record related to Govt Examinations.
- Key Account Management and ensuring continuous development of the portfolio.
- Coordination with project execution team to share the input with clients.
- Be a trusted advisor of key clients and through these relationships, identify further opportunities.
- Create end-to-end project delivery plans.
- Internal Stakeholder management.
- Coordination with Business Development team to understand the client’s requirements.
- Strategy development to resolve the escalations of Govt Clients.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and relationship management including external vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Open to travel.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Good into client relations and operations.
- Candidates from examinations (assessment) project handling will be preferred.
- Must be responsive and excellent in resolving client’s escalations.
