JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to read and interpret Chilled Water / Condenser Water piping layouts, duct layouts, plant room layouts, and fan layouts.

Thorough understanding of contract clauses, project scope, and scope limitations.
Coordination and regular discussions with Client / General Contractor (GC) regarding project progress and issue resolution.
Supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning of Chilled Water Systems.
Coordination with the client for identification, approval, and execution of extra / additional works.
Liaising with vendors to ensure timely and proper delivery of materials at site.
Effective coordination with HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting contractors to minimize rework and post-installation changes.
Resource management including manpower, site space, tools, and tackles to ensure smooth execution.
Responsible for measurement, billing, and payment follow-up for the project.
Handling safety documentation and supervising safety-related activities at site.
Preparation of project documents as per contract requirements such as Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Man-hour Statements, etc.
Focus on improving project profitability while maintaining strong client relationships for future business opportunities.
Quantity take-off as per approved drawings / GFC drawings, issuance to site, and coordination with the site team.
