Job Description

6-12 years of related experience in BFSI industry - related roles such as Business Analyst, Product Associate, product management type roles.

Should have worked on Agile/Scrum projects, backlog grooming and write user stories, acceptance criteria.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Should have knowledge on Wireframe tools and Wireframe creation.

Highly knowledgeable on card life-cycle aspects ranging from issuance to authorization/settlement prominently for Debit cards of VISA/Mastercard/Rupay schemes and Digital payments, Knowledge of Diners/Amex or regional local schemes will be a bonus.

Must have worked extensively on financial transaction Reconciliation, Settlement and dispute/chargeback products.

Should have knowledge on regular Interchange mandates viz Rupay, VISA, Mastercard.

Knowledge on concepts of ISO/Swift Messaging formats will be a great add-on
