We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GTM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of work experience in the field.

• Track device and other product portfolio metrics, including sales plan targets versus achievements and active devices.
• Analyze data for monthly GTM plans and target cohort identification and whitelisting processes.
• Execute offers on device merchants and track scheme spend.
• Ensure clear and timely communication of changes to the field team.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all sales team queries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with the sales team to address business pain points.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders from sales, operations, logistics, product, engineering, and training.
• Ensure availability of devices and Sim card stock across the country through stakeholder management and data analysis, and implement seamless reverse logistics requirements.
• Define and evolve success metrics for device and other product portfolios, ensuring accurate reporting across relevant metrics through self-data analysis or coordination with Analytics.
• Manage merchant complaints on devices within defined TAT, coordinating with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Proactively identify issues to be solved based on Merchant Help Desk Operations (MHD) complaints.
• Ensure tasks created from MHD IVR and Bot flows are executed and closely tracked.
• Suggest and implement necessary improvements to the product through market insights.
• Train the field team on all relevant product changes and coordinate with the training team to ensure content is created properly and timely.
• Demonstrate drive for results, able to demonstrate/quantify success related to established targets and metrics.
• Possess problem-solving abilities with a strong bias for impact.
• Exposure to a startup environment is an added advantage.
• Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Retail is highly preferred (B2C).
