Job Description
We are looking for a skilled sales professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our team in the nutraceutical and food ingredients industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, product development, and business planning. This position is based in North Delhi, West Zone: Mumbai/Pune, South Zone: Bengaluru/Chennai, and East Zone: Kolkata.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Design and execute promotional activities, sales schemes, and trade offers.
- Build and manage a sales team, distribution network, and dealer relationships.
- Travel 15-20 days/month.
- Formulate and implement marketing collaterals, labels & packaging, digital marketing, and prospect vendors.
