Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance and compliance reviews to uphold quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Track guest feedback and initiate corrective actions to improve overall service levels.
- Ensure timely resolution of guest issues and complaints.
- Support the General Manager in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Control departmental expenses to achieve cost-effective operations.
- Lead, guide, and develop department heads and their respective teams.
- Build a positive, performance-driven work culture emphasizing teamwork and professional growth.
- Identify and drive initiatives for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to meet occupancy and profitability goals.
- Champion sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives
