Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Scheduling & Chargeability:
- Scheduling of team members to projects
- Scheduling of projects, opportunities and internal tasks linked to the team
- Accountable for Utilization of Team members (billable vs non-billable)
- Work with the customer delivery lead to always improve team chargeability
- Responsible for demand and supply
Team & Knowledge Management
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Drive the employee performance cycle for team members
- Maintain a program to continually develop personal skills of all staff
- Grow and learn (with) the team.
- Improve quality on professional behavior & deliverables
- Team and employee Engagement & Fun (Events)
- Drive innovations and Knowledge Sharing (Gamification of Knowledge, Brownbag sessions)
- Stimulate positive working environment and build strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organization
- Enable and encourage the team to adhere to the hybrid working culture
- Build new capabilities within the team by implementing learning strategies in collaboration with the India leadership
Recruiting & Onboarding:
- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training.
- On- and offboarding of team members (Employer, Project or Role related)
- Manage the JML process for the employees
Objectives & KPIs
- Define, Manage and Control the Key Performance Indicators
- Realization of operational, financial and personal development goals within the team
- Governance on service quality delivered within the team that meets short and long term organizational and market goals.
- Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management
- Meet all the KPI’s for this role
- Direct - Churn rate, Utilization and billability
- Indirect (Influence) - NPS (CSAT and ESAT)
Initiatives:
- Lead and own local initiatives –
- GenAI focus
- Develop Accelerators or re-usable assets
- Automation & innovation
- Capability building
- Knowledge & Learning initiatives
- Other initiatives as per the needs and goals of the company
We ask
- You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- You have at least 9to 16 years of overall experience working in a dynamic consulting organization
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with managing team members as manager.
- Should have grown from a developer to a lead/ manager role
- Experience with implementing ServiceNow is a big plusWork experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSDM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM, SecOps is an advantage.
- CIS Certification’s in ServiceNow will be a great asset
- Experience in managing workstreams or projects as well as pre-sales
- Experience with working with KPI’s, project finance and professional services
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with MS office tools
- You like to make others successful and happy
- You are hands-on and prefers to have management activities in your job description
- You are highly analytical, emphatic and have excellent communication skills
