Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of aerospace tooling programs.
Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to achieve project milestones.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and customers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tooling processes and project execution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters preferred).
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in aerospace tooling or related mechanical engineering projects.
Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
