Job Description

Manage the smooth execution of virtual events, including live studio and video bridge operations.
Coordinate dial-out with operator-assisted phone bridges and test audio/video endpoint quality.
Review call flow and address customer questions.
Monitor audience feed, ensuring streams have properly gone on air and there are no anomalies from pre-conference observations.
Assist with cue switching, speaker layout transitions, and player layout transitions.
Troubleshoot outages and escalate to streaming media engineers or system engineering as needed.
Facilitate the transition from standby to on-air and check audience capacity.
Monitor and answer technical questions from the audience, and monitor presenter chat and audience capacity.
Conduct post-event editing or player closure as needed.
End the webcast at the conclusion of the show, ensuring no key audio is cut off if the end time doesn't match anticipated parameters.
Confirm via chat before ending the webcast to ensure clarity on the ending cue.
Coordinate player messaging during prolonged outages.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent command over the English language.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
