Writing the good quality test plans by reviewing the functional requirements and referring other artefacts. Execute the test cases with good understanding of customer-based deployments and find the good quality defects. Should have good understanding of 4G/5G wireless & NMS/EMS customer deployments and able to debug and reproduce the customer issues in our testing lab. Should have the working knowledge of the requirements, test and defect management tools like JIRS/confluence etc. Should have the good understanding of scripting and automation suites such as Robot and Selenium. Should have working knowledge of testing of one more cloud based enterprise applications. Should have good understanding of testing life cycle with working knowledge of both waterfall and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Preparing the test plans and get it reviewed with key stake holders. Executing the test pans and provide the execution status and test reports on regular basis. Debug and reproduce the customer issues in our testing lab, provide the analysis to the stake holders. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other test teams to ensure that functional testing is conducted effectively with covering all the e2e use cases. Should be able to do the e2e testing of the Airspan NMS products effectively. Conducting the test plan reviews, participate in the defect discussions should be able to triage the defects. Education, Skills, Experience: BE in CS/E&C Engineering or MCA degree from reputed universities or colleges. Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in NMS/EMS application testing experience with 4G/5G wireless telecom background. NMS/EMS testing, scripting, Python programming, writing simple SQL queries and JIRA. Person Specification: Able to work as both team and individual contributor and able to work on one or more assignments parallelly. Able to quickly adapt to the team s culture and should be open and collaborative in nature.
