Role Overview

We are looking for Senior Electrical Engineers with experience in Infrastructure Utility Design (EHV/MV/LV) for master planning and infrastructure projects, preferably with Middle East project exposure. You will support design delivery, coordination, and documentation for dry utilities including HV, MV, LV networks, street lighting, and telecom systems.

This role is part of the Networks team within the Infrastructure vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering electrical infrastructure design packages for master planning and utilities projects.
• Prepare and review design deliverables such as SLDs, load calculations, design reports, and layout drawings.
• Support dry utilities design: HV, MV, LV networks, street lighting, and telecom.
• Perform power demand calculations, voltage drop analysis, cable sizing, and transformer/breaker selection.
• Develop MV/LV network routing, cable trench, duct bank, and manhole design inputs.
• Prepare street lighting calculations, layout plans, and feeder pillar locations.
• Support Telecom (Fixed & GSM) network layout, routing, and equipment location identification.
• Coordinate and perform clash detection with other infrastructure utilities.
• Support client coordination, design clarification, and technical discussions.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Middle East standards (advantage).
• Experience in preparing design documentation: Basis of Design, Design Reports, SLDs, and layout drawings.
• Hands-on experience with:
• MV/LV network design
• Transformer & cable sizing
• Street lighting design
• Telecom duct and network routing
• Understanding of Utility Corridor design and coordination.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards.
• Good communication skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under deadlines.
